The main room essentially is your living area, bedroom, and kitchen all in one open space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Pros<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rent and utilities will be less expensive, allowing you to save more money.<\/li><li>It\u2019s cozy.<\/li><li>You won\u2019t need much furniture \u2013 which is a perk for young people just starting out!<\/li><li>Many studios have unique features, such as a brick wall or exposed ceilings.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Cons<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Studios can be very compact.<\/li><li>If guests come over, you want to be sure your bed is always made, since it\u2019s in your living area!<\/li><li>If you have a lot of belongings, this may not be the place for you.<\/li><li>Most likely, you will not have a closet \u2013 so that means storing your clothes in a dresser or on a clothing rack.<\/li><li>Having people spend the night becomes more problematic if you want to separate your bedtimes.<\/li><li>If you cook, your sheets and pillow will smell like your food.
