Moving tips are usually discussed in a very casual manner until someone loses their valuables. It’s at this moment that we start<\/g> getting serious. However, this should not be the case. Your most valued items need to be safe from the moment you start packing to when they get to your new house.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A recent study shows women, especially, value different items than they do others. This is because their emotions are usually involved in making a myriad of decisions. Identify the ones you consider precious and handle them well. To add to that, if you have a toddler, pay attention to their most favorite items. These include the toys that they like to sleep with. 2. Take an inventory. Using photos is a Plus<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

As a pro moving tip, ensure you keep your valuables with you. They do not need to go to the truck. You can carry them in your car to your new house, if they can fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Leave the big or extra-special items to the pros<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Some items like your very expensive marble table may need extra special attention. Make sure you have professionals handling them for you. Firstly, ensure you label them well: ‘Handle with Care’, ‘Fragile Item’ or ‘Contents Need Special Care’. In some instances, you can contact the store where you bought the items and they can probably recommend a reputable moving company that will lessen your work. To add to that, they can customize package items for your special pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Check your stuff before you let the movers go<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

After your items have been delivered, ensure you look through to ensure they are in the same state. That nothing was broken.
