Compromise"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Buying a home is all about compromise.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Indulge me for a second here, what is your deal breaker when it comes to buying a home?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">Any real estate mogul will tell you that it <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kenyahomes.co.ke\">is impossible to find the perfect fit when buying property unless you have a bottomless pit of money.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compromise is not only necessary, but a crucial key to\nunlocking your next home. You need to do away with your long wish list and\nfigure out what you should and shouldn\u2019t compromise on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Number of Bedrooms? compromise.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You have found your ideal house but it has three instead\nof four bedrooms. Many Kenyans are wired to equate luxury to a mansion full of\nmany rooms. True or true? &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless the home you are buying is for a big family or an\nextended family, it\u2019s time to compromise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the extra bedroom is a reserve for guests, ask yourself,\u201d is it worth coughing out extra thousands of shillings for a space that may only be occupied for a few weeks a year?\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have your answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">It might make more sense to save some cash (and make some, in the long run) by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenyahomes.co.ke\/property\/40-by-80-prime-plot-in-ruiru\/\">building yourself an extra bedroom rather than buying it.&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">It looks boring,compromise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Houses are like diamonds, with a little polish here and a\nsmall touch-up there, the end product is beautiful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The overall condition of a property is the one thing you\nshould compromise on when buying a house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It doesn\u2019t take rocket science to figure out that with a\nfew renovations the house can add value when it\u2019s time to sell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What you need to find out is how much time and money it\nwill take to spice up the house. Also ask yourself where you will live as the\nrenovations continue or whether you will move in straight away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parking space, No<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is going to be a long ride full of uncertainties and\ninconveniences if you buy a property without parking space. This is a no-no\nwhen it comes to making a compromise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If there is a sector that G.O.K is overworking, it has to\nbe the <em>kanjo.<\/em> They are ever vigilant\non the slightest parking infringement, and paying for private parking will cost\nyou thousands per year. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The budget is skyrocketing? Stick to the plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If\nyou\u2019re serious about buying a home, you most probably have a clear view from\nthe bank as to how much they are prepared to lend you. No matter how\nlucrative a deal appears to be, don\u2019t bite more than you can chew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overstretching\nyourself will only add debts that my turn sour in the long run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you cannot commute, why are you buying that home?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are one of those people who hate commuting for long hours to work, you will only hate it more. When buying a home, you should highly consider the proximity to work. <em>Commute time<\/em> doesn\u2019t grow on people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you hate the hustle and bustle of Nairobi Town and you don\u2019t mind commuting, then buying a home far away is the best option for you.
