Downsizing is stressful. It means you will have to rethink about what you own and what to do with them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Living in a big house is troublesome compared to a smaller one, especially due to more bills. Thus, moving to a smaller house can be great both financially and mentally. Financially- it reduces the living cost by saving you on the electricity bill. Mentally- you won\u2019t have to worry about buying to fill up space. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, downsizing to a smaller is much harder than regular\nmoving. In that, you have to sell some things due to the fact they won\u2019t fit in\nyour new home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During such an emotional time, you need to be prepared both mentally and physically. Making money off items you don\u2019t need should be a key motivator while downsizing. Selling that old TV or dinner set.
