Ngong road has always been one of the richest neighbourhoods in Kenya even before its revamp (the recent road improvement by Japanese contractors).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ngong road has always been a hotbed for investors especially because of luxury apartments. Although some investors are majorly focused on its commercial investment perks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a potential real estate investor deciding whether to invest in commercial or residential can be a challenge especially when both have their advantages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
